Is VinCheck.ro really free?
Yes. The core VIN check and basic vehicle history report are completely free. The site is supported by advertising and optional partner offers.
I entered a VIN but got no results — why?
Some VINs are not yet present in our public-data sources, especially for very recent or low-volume models. Try a few minutes later, double-check the 17-character VIN for typos (no I, O or Q), and consider that some manufacturers do not publish historical data.
How do I report incorrect information about my vehicle?
Email us at [email protected] with the VIN and a short description of the incorrect field. We will investigate with our data sources and update or remove the entry where possible.
How do I request deletion of my data (GDPR)?
Send an email from the address you used to contact us, asking for erasure. We respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of GDPR rights.
Do you have a phone number?
We are an online-only operation and do not offer phone support. Email is the fastest way to reach us — most replies arrive within one business day.
I have a partnership / press / advertising request.
